on my psu's stats thing it says 100w max but then theres a chart below and it says at the bottom power 275w max load how many watts does my psu actually have.

Solution
275w.

But that's max usage and covers all of the individual voltages like 3.3v and 5v which are often linked by group, also the 12v rail/s which is the most important as it powers just about everything else from fans to gpu.

Hello and welcome to Tom's!

Take a picture of the sticker, post it on a pic hosting site (like imgur or something) and link it here.

here is the link to the picture

Yes it's possible, but is determined by other things. You'd by necessity need a very low power cpu, like the 50w i3's or Pentiums and a pretty basic system with just a ssd/hdd and a couple of fans. You'd be looking at @125-150w topped out. Paired with a 70w 1050ti that's going to put heavy usage just above 200-220w. Which is about as much as you want to push that Dell psu. If you have an older 125w FX cpu you'll be starting out at over 275w, so that's an absolute no go.

Either way, you are trusting a $200 card on a questionable psu and hoping to get by.
