How do I transfer movies on usb to dvd

I have recorded movies off a set top box on usb stick and wish to transfer them to dvd. How do I go about transferring them to a burnt dvd?

You'll need a CD/DVD burning software like Nero or Roxio to burn the files to DVD format. I don't know any freeware for that, but I've been using Nero for several years.
