How do i troubleshoot the bluescreen

I have had the Blue Screen of death about 5 times in 2 days.

Asus Sabertooth 990FX
Athlon ii x4 645
8GB ddr3 1333
XFX 750 W PSU
Powercolor 6970 OCed Cod edition

I ran furmark earlier and saw temps hitting 100C.But I get different temps.Usually no more than 85c.

What do I need to do to troubleshoot.I'm new with computers so feel free to talk to me like a dummy.Would appreciate the help.Thanks

Go into the Control panel, Systems, Advanced. click Settings under Startup & recovery, Un-check the Automatically Restart option, click OK.

The next time you have a blue screen, it won't go away until you do a re-boot, so you can copy down the long number that is the error code. Do a Google search on that error code & hopefully it will tell you why it blue-screened.
