How do i turn my online back on my dell computer

My dell laptop is working off line. How do I get my Internet working on line again?

Go to Control Panel, network Connections, and create a new connection. Restart the computer. Look for networks in the area and connect to your network using the proper authentication.

Also, make sure that the WiFi slide switch at the side of the case is turned to 'ON' - it may have inadvertently been turned to 'OFF'.

Do you see the RAID drive in Windows Explorer?

Test the disks on a different computer. Use "HDTune" or "Crystaldiskinfo" or both. Pay particular attention to "re-allocated sectors count"
