Question How do I turn off "Intelligent Fan Control III" on my Sapphire Radeon card?

There is a thing on Sapphire/Radeon/AMD cards where one of the fans won't start spinning until it gets to a certain temperature or if you set the fan speed to over 90 %


This is called Intelligent Fan Control III... anyone know how to turn this off ?

Afaik it's not one fan but it's all of them in case of multiple. It's the same fan stop technology or 0db technology that Nvidia has on their GPUs.

it is a r9 390x!

My google search found that it's meant for all fans for this GPU. You might have a dysfunctional fan, consider replacing it.
