How do I turn off the wifi on my router?

I signed up with a new ISP a few months back, and obviously, the modem they gave me isn't any gem, but I stuck with it. But recently it has been failing and the range has been seriously hindered. I got a router to help out the range problem and I have installed, but now I have 2 networks. I know you can have the router as an access point, but they are very close together, the 2. I just want to turn the wifi off on the ISP's modem, leave the LAN on, and use my router for wifi.

Is that possible? If so, how? My modem (the one to turn the wifi off) is a TL-WR740N and the router (the one to use for wifi) is a UniFi AP Outdoor.

There is no option for turning off the wireless radio here. If you know how to use teamviewer I might be able to help you

I think I figured something out. The ISP definitely changed the layout, but as you can see here (http://imgur.com/LcvZoMc (this is sort of an online manual)) they have a wifi tab, and I don't. What's up with that?
