How do I turn On USB Storage for File Transfer ?

I connect the Nextbook to the Computer, nothing happens. I am supposed to turn on USB Storage
but they don't tell you where that switch is located.

I am guessing you are simply connecting the laptop and PC with a USB cable. It is more complex than that because of security issues when you want to share / transfer files between two computers. You need to create a network between the two computers so that you can transfer files between them. This Windows calls this a Homegroup.
