Question How do i undervolt an AMD Radeon R5 M330 ?

Gives pretty good performance as long as its cool. Thermal Throttles more than than a toaster. Drops fps from 30-ish to 10-20 and then back to high 50... Neither Throttlestop nor MSI Afternburner was able to help me undervolt it, any help?

Make and model of your laptop? An SKU would help us two fold. One thing to note, Neither Throttlestop nor MSI Afternburner was able to help me undervolt it , if they are unable to aid you then your options are limited to zero. What BIOS version are you on for your laptop?

uhhhh I think its 15q-bu-105xx....? HP Pavillion laptop with core i5 8250U
IGPU- Intel UHD 620
DGPU- AMD R5 M330
RAM- 8Gb

You didn't mention your BIOS version. Have you tried undervolting the CPU and the iGPU, then see if the temps got better?

My bios IS outdated..... But if I try updating it my laptop crashes twice and then gives up. Tried with/without power many times. And yes, I have undervolted it(-95.7mV) and my igpu gives me stable but lower fps. So I was just wondering if I could undervolt my dgpu to get lower temps while using it. My fps looks like THIS while on dgpu and it looks like THIS so... yeah its very unstable.
