is it possible to undervolt my cpu ?
also sometimes it reaches 1.25v

BIOS should have an option to adjust negative voltage offset. That's dynamic so it lovers voltage by that amount even if set on auto.

are you getting high temps? what is the reason for wanting to undervolt your cpu?

I believe Intel CPUs are fine up to 1.35V. It may be fine up to 1.5V but I'm too lazy to check at the moment. Either way, 1.25V is not a problem.

1.5 under extreme cooling, only for synthetic benches and records. No reason to run 1.5v for a daily use computer. 1.35 is considered the same maximum.

I regularly push Intel 14nm chips to 1.4 volts under water with little problems.
