How do I unfreeze my samsung laptop rv511

My laptop is frozen to the screen operating system wasn't found. dissconnect any drives that doesn't have an operating system

If it is telling you that the operating system isn't found, it is saying it can't find Windows. Did you make any hardware changes? Or tried to reinstall the software?

Also, was the laptop dropped or knocked around? This can dislodge things and cause this message.
