I have an i7 11700 and the fan is a thermaltake ux100... The fan is new and i just used the thermal paste/grease that was included in the shipment. it isn't sufficient enough to cool it down when I play games or much else.
I cannot find any videos on how to remove it, only install it. The fan also spreads over one of my ram slots.
