How do I unnistall a spyware programm?

I saw Batman V superman on piratebay with 12k seeders,,,,,i downloaded but it asked for a wmd update...i did it but then it installed a lot of shi-t on my pc,now there is a new spyware programm on my pc and i can't uninstall it,not even with uninstall program.the programm is writted in some asian language,idk.The asian programm's icon is like a blue shield.

1. I'd suggest you download a real (read "paid for") AV / Malware Suite (i.e Kapersky, Bit Defender) and install the 30 day free trial to get the thing off your computer.
