I got a 1660Ti 2months ago and it was working fine in games like Assasins Unity, Rise of the TR, Sniper GhostWarrior 3 and NFS Payback in Ultra. But from today whenever play a GPU intensive game (Unity) pc shuts down and restarts back up without any warnings just black screen. Now if you have read my previous few posts, my Foxin's PSU says 800w but it's not a branded company so I wouldn't trust it: https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/is-foxins-800w-psu-good-enough.3478548/post-21023418.

I read this answer while searching: https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/pc-shuts-down-by-itself-while-playing-graphics-intensive-games.1730042/post-12214485
There is talk about updating the BIOS on your computer if you haven't in a while when installing a new GPU, but that's more of a BSOD issue, not a insta-power down issue. That usually happens due to lack of power or overheating auto shutdown.
Mine is insta-shut down, I even did Aida64 test, after it reaches 24-bit Integer IOPS or around that area, it crashes.

Can someone walk me through how to update bios of my mobo, first time, so ya know... as suggested in the quote... Mine is version F6 as I can see in CPU-Z. And there's an F12 out so...

Thanks, I guess.

I see it's risky to update bios when I've never done it before, and I've also replaced the PSU with a friend, and it's a PSU's problem as my pc runs fine. So what I need is a new PSU which can actually deliver the performance as promised. Thanks for all your help guys, do appreciate it!
