[SOLVED] How do I update Bios on a old Optiplex Gx620 converted to Linux

I have a old Optiplex gx620 I run linux mint on (yes I know its ancient) and managed to snag a cheap refurbished Pentium D for it. I can't find a way to update the bios using Dell's support pages. Any ideas how I can fix this?

It's old enough that it will require an OS capable of running 16-bit code. 64-bit Windows won't work.

Yes I know about the drivers on Dell's site it just won't work

I have a DOS boot drive. I imaged a Windows98 boot floppy to a USB flash drive. That's what I use for most of my BIOS updates.
