How do i update BIOS

Can someone tell me how to update BIOS for the GA-B75M-D3H motherboard. I need help with it.

use the @BIOS utility from the CD that came with the motherboard

... Or go to gigabytes actual home page and get the most current bios update available easier for him

although these desktop BIOS update tools work and work good............... when you are done, uninstall the tool ( add/remove programs ) because, in this case, the Gigabyte tool might try and update the BIOS on every reboot.

also, if you have no specific need to update the BIOS, don't do it.

no it won't....i use it myself...it will only update when u tell it to

last one I had always wanted to auto update. was a pain in the arse.
