How do I update my AMD drivers without auto detect?

There are my GPU specs.

Basically I need to update the drivers due to having lag in certain areas of a league of legends game. The FPS would just drop for no reason and it was impossible to carry with 😉

When I tried the autodetect drivers it said 'Could not parse error'.

What drivers should I download and where?

yeah i know, im looking to upgrade to a 7850 soon. Is this suppost to take 20mins to download from internet? O.O

Download speed depends on your connection, firewalls and virus protection sometimes can affect it.

It hasnt fixed my lag issue on league of legends :-/

The lag issue is whenever I am near any kind of action, whether its farming or a teamfight, my frames seem to drop to below 20, but it still says that they are at 30.

Well that is probably all that the card can handle since action really puts load on it.
