How do I update my AMD Drivers?

Hello , I'm having a problem updating my drivers , here are my current specs :

AMD FX 4100 QuadCore 4Gb ram 64bit
Radeon HD 6850 4gb
Windows 7 Home Premium

And here is what it says when I check my drivers in "Device Manager":

I want to update my drivers to 14.6 , but when I update it the "Driver Version" is still the same.
So I thought , maybe i'm checking the wrong thing and thats why I'm asking here , did I do anything wrong?

Just download the drivers from the AMD website.

Can I not download the 14.6 driver with my GPU?
