How do i update my asus motherboard (gaming)?

Hi, I've been wanting to update my Asus Z270 Prime-A motherboards, but i dont know how to. I've looked at videos, but they are old ones and mine has the new interface. I'm scared of "bricking" my motherboard and i want to make sure i have clear instructions on how to update my motherboard. If you know how to, please tell me step-by-step. I know where to download my drivers and i have a usb stick, all i need is some guidance. Thank you

to keep my motherboard up to date and there has been a few bios updates, so i think its time to update

Unless you have some explicit reason to update a BIOS do not do it.
If you dont have a valid reason there is no reason to do so.
