Question How do I update my BIOS with a Medion motherboard?

I have a Medion H61H2-LM3 motherboard and I am considering updating my BIOS so I can install a better cpu. I went on their site to check for bios downloads like most manufactures sites have however I couldn't find one. I entered my article number for my pc and it came up with a link to a BIOS update however had this message next to it "WIN8! Please mind the download details". I use windows 10 and have never updated the Bios before so i wondered if anyone knows whether it would be safe or not to download the new BIOS version on their website or not.

when i click the link in wimsbios it just comes up with secure1.esupport.com’s server IP address could not be found.
