I bought this motherboard recently:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07DL1TNB9/

CPUz reports:
Code:
DMI BIOS
	vendor American Megatrends Inc.
	version 4.6.5
	date 04/24/2018
	ROM size 6144 KB

DMI Baseboard
	vendor INTEL
	model X79 INTEL (INTEL Xeon E5/Corei7 DMI2 - C600/C200 Cipset
	revision V3.5C

I don't know where to find a BIOS update.
Intel uses totally different numbering systems in their bioses, found here:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/23825/BIOS-Update-SIX7910J-86A-?product=70396

Their auto-driver program, didn't find any updates either.

I have a feeling the motherboard doesn't recognize my RTX 2070 graphics card.
It gives a '99' code when it's in the PCIE 16x slot, and a 'B4' code when I use a riser in a PCIE 1x slot. Either the card is faulty, or my motherboard doesn't recognize it.

Solution
Its not an actual intel board, its made by Procaja. Its basically a chinese knockoff

Intel only made 3 x79 boards and they are all full size ATX boards. DX79SI, DX79SR, DX79TO

Thanks Faalin, you found a name I couldn't even find!
It brought me to their local website
http://www.xlzmotherboard.com/

With google translate, I'll see what I can understand from that site.

The boards are solid and good, but won't run GTX 1070 or higher, or RTX cards.
The bios is pretty good. Runs everything pretty stable, except for at cold boot, one needs to enter the bios, first (and exit), in order for the CPU fans to slow down. Paid only $100 for it, and it's 'served' me well, even if it's older technology!

no website listed in the manual?
What manual?
:/

It may not be good, but it works just fine for older hardware (up to GTX 1060), and on a reset, or CTRL+ALT+DELETE, the fan doesn't ramp up to full speed.
This server was probably never meant to run bitcoin or folding with many graphics cards.
It does have about 6 SATA ports, and can run 16-23GB of RAM.
