You need to take it to a shop that can update it or buy the cheapest CPU that will work with your BIOS version.
If you cant find a shop you might be better off trying to return it for a Z270 board or returning the processor for a 6xxx CPU.
Go to the website of the company that made your motherboard.
download the current bios
download the utility to write to the bios.
Stop and read how to actually flash the bios from either your motherboard manual or the MFG's website. They vary in how they work. Some require a boot disk or CD be made, some don't. So you'll have to educate yourself on that.
