How do i upgrade my Dell Latitude E6430?

Ok so I got this Dell Latitude E6430 I5 blah blah blah and I already found a cpu I want to get for it and new HDD and RAM and I know its got onboard 4000 GPU but how do I upgrade the GPU? will I need to buy a new motherboard for it in order to buy a new gpu? I was thinking like a GTX 1060 or 1070 maybe.

No as long as you mobo has a pci slot any gpu will work make sure your power supply is powerfull enough and has right connectors i recomend at least 500 watt

yes but if I buy a different cpu and mobo with room for an actual gpu I should be able to use that graphics card and not my onboard though right? I know its soldered on but iv heard of this gpu supposedly running with a 7970 so I want to know if I need a new mainboard or what to get it to work or if I can just use this mainboard

Laptop parts are not interchangeable like desktops are.
A different motherboard can only work if it is from the exact same product line.

And unless you delve into the complexity, weirdness, mediocre performance, and cost of an eGPU, you cannot use "an actual gpu" in a laptop.

An eGPU setup uses (or attempts to use) a regular GPU. It requires the proper port on the laptop, a regular ATX PSU, an enclosure, cables, monitor.
It is the antithesis of mobile gaming. Basically, you're turning a mediocre laptop into a mediocre desktop.
