How Do i upgrade my X370 Taichi Bios v1.40 ?

i can download A zip of The most recent revison of the taichis Bios from here...

But i have no idea how to install it, as i cant simply go though the Existing UEFI as there is not existing prompt for it Before Bios Ver 1.60 On the taichi?
The only tiny Bit of instruction i can find on how to go about attempting an update is here...

When you download BIOS you need, it will come as .zip file named " X370 Taichi(2.20)ROM.zip". Unzip contents called X370TC2.20 on an empty USB stick formatted to Fat32. Follow instructions in the manual (find Instant Flash) how to proceed to a letter or you may brick the MB.
