Question How do I upgrade this PC without spending much money

So I bought this pc 1 year ago and I don´t know much about pc´s but i love to game. Can you please give me any advice ?

psu: Cooler Master Elite V3 -600W
Mainboard: MSI H110M ECO USB 3.0
Processor: Intel core i 5 7600K 4x 3.8 GHz
Processor cooler: Xilence Performance C I250PWM
RAM: 8gb DDR4 PC-2400
GC: NVIDIA FeForce GTX 1060 6GB
HDD: 1000GB SATA-III 720rpm 32MB cache
SDD: 120 GB SATA-III SSD kingston A400

and how much is not too much?
buying from where?
100 - 150 € and i bought it from rhino computer de, it is just that i cannot play many games i actually should be able to play on mid to high setting, a friend of mine said that my cpu cooler is just too bad. i wanted to see some other opinions

Faster GPU
RAM to 16gb,

Then a decent size ssd for your games. crucial mx500 model for example. Though i recommend at least 1tb these days. This isnt absolutely necessary like the first two.

I dont think $150 is enough. Save more and make it worth it.
If youre being thermally throttled, sort it out. Not sure on cheap coolers. I say just cough up & get a high end Noctua and practically run it for life. System after system. Theres plenty of people running D14s for approx 15 years. There is no end in site. Nocuta will send you mounting kits for future socket revisions anywhere in world for free. They outperform loads of water coolers ( & how long do they last? lol)

Meanwhile, so much cheap trash in the landfill. (with a greater cost of ownership).
