How do I upload pics from my webcam to my computer

I want to take pictures with my Dell webcam...It's a laptop so the camera is installed. Then I would like to post the pics on eBAY and Craiglist. Can you help?

Use a camera application. Dell should have come with one called PRC

However, you may want to visit support.dell.com to download one that fits your OS and PC model more closely.
