[SOLVED] How do I use memtest86 again?

I have a computer someone wants me to fix. He said it has 4 beeps and looking at the code online the beeps refer to memory. I want to use memtest86 once he drops the computer at my house, if all the ram slots are inserted correctly. But I cannot remember how to use it?

I remember that one stick at a time should be used. Now, what slot do i use again? I think it's the 2nd slot from the left away from the CPU but I 'm a bit rusty. I haven't used memtest86 in years.
