how do i use my dedicated gpu?

i am having a lenovo g510 laptop.

specs:
intel core i7 4700mq
6 gb ram
x64
intel 4600(apu)
amd r7 m265 (dedicated graphics)

i this laptop a am able to play watch dogs and and gta 4 bt using the command line note and i was able to get descent frame rates.
but when i go to more newer games like cod: advanced Warefare
i got low frame rates.
in the internet i saw many things on how to switch from on-board graphics to dedicated graphics but nothing worked.
like going to the bios and changing to high performance in configure switchable graphics. and when i tried to disable the Intel in device manager it says no amd card found

please help

Have you tried downloading the latest drivers from AMD's site?
