How do i use my other hard drive for apps and games?

I recently built my new pc and im kinda new to this. Im using a 120 gb ssd as my boot drive and i also have a 1tb hard drive that i want to use for everything else. Sadly in my settings it wont let me select apps and games to go to that drive. it has the option for everything else but apps and games wont let me. Im running windows 10 64 bit. Help me please

During games and application installation most have option to install on another drive. That way only small portion stays on boot/system drive. If they don't there's nothing you can do about it. Steam has a program to move their games though not all.
