How do i watch a 3d movie on my toshiba stor e tv media player?

any help on watching a 3d movie file through my toshiba stor.e tv media hard drive on my panasonic 3d tv with active shutter glasses? the image in 2 images side by side on the screen, even when i flick my tv on to 3d mode.

You don't list your model of store.e drive. Is it 3D capable? I don't think it is if you are seeing both images side by side, otherwise the 3D file was generated incorrectly.
