how do I write offline with my dreamcast

I know this may sound ridiculous for some people
but I absolutley have no idea how to write my emails
without being online,i searched through search engines
unfortunatley there wasnt any tips or something,Does
anyone know the answer,if yes i really appreciate for every
response in this forum,thanks in advance

information you seek:

Note that there are several DC browsers, so it might help people to
specifically answer you if you tell them what browser you are trying to
use, what version number it is, and in what region it came from.
