How do optimize my PC?

I feel like my PC should be running things like Overwatch, CS:GO, League of Legends, etc. (youtube as well, it stutters for some reason, buffers well but playback is stuttery) better but it's not. I was wondering if you guys know any way to optimize my PC better,

Put Windows and most used applications on an SSD. You can get 240 GB ones for as little as $60 these days.

They are already on a 1 TB SSD. Everything is.

Do you have the latest BIOS and mobo drivers? Is the DRAM set to run at spec?

Install the minimum required. Only drivers. Skip manufacturers bundled software. Scan for malware and virus. Malwarebytes is good. Check Control Panel and remove everything you don't need.

I do not know what DRAM is... I do not have the latest BIOS, I plan to update this weekend. It isn't that old though.
