[SOLVED] How do tell what Hardware/Software my Mac is using?

I got a nice MacBook Pro from a good friend of mine, and I want to know exactly what it's running, [E.G. Graphics card, OS, Amount of RAM, ect.]
Anyone know, 'cause I'm new to Macs.

The System Profiler will give you this sort of information.

Click the little Apple logo on the upper left corner and then "About this Mac" from the drop down menu click "more info" and the System Profiler will open with all the info you need...
