VIDEO: AMD Radeon R7 260X 2GB GDDR5 PCIe 3.0 x16 Video Card

Solution
that should perform much better than your 9370/260x combo, While having plenty of threading for your heavy editing tasks etc.
Looks good

It looks good, though you might get more performance in games with an intel build. Some of the E3 xeons perform nearly as well as the 4770k including hyperthreading while having a similar price to your Fx9370.

Yeah, i have heard that i7 is better for gaming multitasking etc, would say i would notice a HUGE difference going with intel instead of amd?

It would depend a little on the game but it would never be huge, maybe 5-10% on average better performance in games (I7 vs 9370). On other tasks it REALLY depends on the task. The 9370 is by no means a slouch, but there are just some tasks that each companys CPU's do better at, with Intel generally wining at more of them.
