How do u safe boot a laptop cause mine loads then I click on an app and it doesn't work and u read the solution to the problem I don't know how to safe reboot it

go to start menu, click the arrow beside "power" and click restart. simple. if it gives you an option to "boot in safe mode" do so. this is assuming your on windows.
