how do u speed up chrome downloads???

[i try and budget]

i have 100mbps download and 10mb upload. when i download a 6gb game on steam it literally takes less than 10 minutes. im downloading a rar file on chrome thats 6gb and its taking so long. is there a setting i can enable to unlock bandwith or something?

You have very decent internet speeds. The servers of the websites effect the download speeds a lot. Steam has some of the fastest servers on the internet.
