How do you check the item from Newegg Sales order Number?

So I recently bought some items at Newegg, but I didn't print out most of the confirmations. One of the items couldn't be processed at that time. Since I didn't print out all of the confirmations I don't know what item couldn't go through. So how can I check which item has this Sale order Number?

Contact Newegg support or log into your account at Newegg and click on your name at the top of any page and select dashboard. It should show any relevant information on all pending orders including those that have been split off from the main order.

Here's the problem that will most highly make people facepalm, I bought the items as a guest, so are those the only option?

Even if you bought the items as a guest, you would still need to have used an email address for order verification, so if you contact their support department they should be able to make any necessary personal verifications that way.
