How do you decide which GFX card driver you should download?

Nvidia is kicking out drivers like every 10 days. Do you just download because newere is better or do you read the release notes and download only the drivers you know you need?

Generally, just get the newest non-beta.
After that, only update if you feel there is an issue that the newer version fixes.

I usually just download/install them via geforce experience if I haven't already checked them out here first:

BEtter to be safe than sorry.

But I totally agree. If the release notes don't mention anything relevant to my setup I stay with what works.
