How do you delete websense????

i need help. i really need to delete websense from my computer. it's screwing up my computer and it's also taking it as a virus. even i don't know how even though i'm smart. it's hiding someplace from me so i can't delete it. can someone tell me how to delete it? just to remind you i have an apple computer and i accidentally installed it!!! 😱
