How do you disable onboard AUDIO on the 965P DQ6??

I can't seen any BIOS setting to disable onboard sound on this board.. is there a way to do it?

It should be if you go into the bios you need to go advanced peripherals or something along those lines and it will be in there. ill post back shortly after i check mine ( im using same mobo) so hold tight.

EDIT: ok i just checked go into your bios, then select integrated peripherals (3rd one down) then change azailia codec from auto to disabled. that should be it. have fun.

Thanks for the reply.. I found that about 5 minutes after I posted.. I was scanning for AC97 or something familiar and completely ignored that. I ended up using the AC97 for my game sound and threw in my Audigy 4 for the Microphone for TeamSpeak so I have the best of both worlds now using them at the same time..

did u know u can push CTRL+F1 to get advanced settings in the bios just push it when ur in the bios main screen
