How do you do any of this if the keyboard will not work?????????????

Old keyboard died??? Most keys work but some heavily used keys on top row died this morning. Tried blowing out. one worked if you leaned on it. So put in another keyboard.....actually the one that came with cpu a yr ago. It will not typ. Rebooted. Enter key worked fine to bot but cannot typr in password to proceed?????how do I fix this ...

Sounds like it can be a driver issue.. I'd recommend reinstalling or installing an updated driver.

Which can be found in Device manager.

Depending on the mouse/keyboard you are able to find if its for ex. "HP" you can go to there support site and reinstall the drivers.

If for say that doesn't work It's possible you can just buy a new mouse/keyboard combo for less than $30 on amazon.

Keyboards are disposable. Put it in the bin to Keyboard Heaven, and get a new one.
