I have a gigabyte z690 gaming x and I'm wondering how do you enable ERP in the bios of it and where to go in the bios to find it

If you enter the bios in the Advanced Mode, look in the Settings column and its the 3rd item down. Refer to pages 17 and 18 of the Bios Setup Guide manual.
