What are the suff i need to look at in a case or at the power supply? Do i also have to worry about my GPU fitting in the case? Or will any PSU fit any case? Please help, im stuck.

Solution
PSU's are standardized and there are ATX, SFX, TFX and CFX types. For a standard ATX mid-tower and full tower, the ATX PSU's are what you want, the others are for smaller form factors or servers. What you want to look for is at least a 80+ bronze rating, a reputable brand and enough wattage and amps on the +12v rail. If a PSU costs $30 and is said to have 750w...there is a reason for that and it's not good. Here is a reference of PSU's:

As for the GPU, yes you need to make sure there is enough room, however, unless you have an unusually long GPU, most ATX mid and full towers fit most GPU's. My GPU is 13" long so I had to double check that it fit.

You want an ATX power supply and buy a case that fits an ATX power supply. 90% of all case support an ATX PSU and 90% of PSU are ATX. It is hard to mess it up. Yes, you do need to worry about a GPU fitting in the case. Some cases this is not a problem, but smaller cases it is. Every major brand of case manufacturer will say what size GPU is supported. Each GPU also list the size of the GPU. So the case may say GPU up to 320mm, and the GPU may be 290mm, so then it would fit. Pretty simple.

To make sure your parts are compatible, I suggest using pcpartpicker.com as it will warn you if there are compatibility issues.

If you plan to run an aftermarket CPU cooler, you will need to make sure the case has enough clearance for it as well.

Solution
Motherboard form factor (e.g. EATX, ATX, mATX, ITX, BTX).

You also need to worry about CPU cooler height if you're using a large third party air cooler.

If you're using a liquid cooler you need to take into consideration where you're going to mount the radiator and fan assembly.

Im gonna buy this microATX motherboard:

and my GPU is gonna be:
Asus nVidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB 128bit EX-GTX1050TI-4G

so if i get an ATX power supply it will be compatible with an micro ATX motherboard?
