Question How do you find the temp indicator on a motherboard when using CPUID HWMonitor?

Hi, I recently upgraded my computer to a AMD Ryzen 9 3900x and a Asus ROG Strix x570-e motherboard. My current OS is Windows 10 and my GPU is a Asus ROG Strix GTX 1080. I had to play around with the settings in the BIOS because the temperature was unacceptably hot. I didn't plan to mess with the clocks on this board but I had to underclock it to bring the temperatures down. My problem is that I am using CPUID HWMonitor to view temperatures and one of the temperatures is 81 C and I want to find out how to lower that. I'm not exactly sure where on the board that temperature indicator is. It's TMPIN4 in the picture below. Could someone please help me? Thank you.

CPU under 80c is ideal. Under 90c is hot
90+ is bad.

I had a few background apps and Twitch running in the foreground. Do you think it could be my BIOS settings? I changed them from a video I watched. Here's what they look like.

Edit: Are these settings good for my motherboard? Should I change anything?
