How do you find your bottleneck?

I just wanted to know how people find out their bottleneck so they know what they need to upgrade next


My rig is

Gigabyte GForce GTX 1050 ti
AMD Ryzen 3 1300x quad core
Crucial Ballistix sport 8gb ram ddr4
1 TB hard drive 3.5 7200rpm
msi - B350M PRO VDH
EVGA 430 W 80+ Power Supply
Windows 10 64 bit

I want to be able to play overwatch at a stable 60 fps, it drops to like 50 sometimes and thats when I have everything in low settings low resolution
