I had restarted my pc so I could put windows onto my ssd instead of my hdd. When I reinstall Windows it copies files and completed installation and when it restarted it goes back to the installation with select language. I have tried many ways to fix this, such as removing the usb stick after installation and putting my ssd as first priority in my bios but nothing seems to work.
Help would be much appreciated. Thank you

Solution
Try it maybe the ssd was the problem all along.(besides the bios setting, witch are probably right now)..don't forget to check that 1st when booting up with other drive before installing windows.
Remove or disconnect the HDD or any other drive from the PC and just leave the SSD

Boot from the USB installation disk.
On the "Windows Setup," click the Next button.
Click the Install now button.
On the Activation window, click I don't have a product key option click Next (activate Windows 10 when online using the code that came with the disk).
Select the edition of Windows 10 that matches the one you purchased and click the Next button.
Select the I accept the license terms option to continue.
Click on the Custom: Install Windows only (Advanced) option.
Select and delete all partitions on the SSD. Until you are left with Drive 0 Unallocated Space
Select the empty drive (Drive 0 Unallocated Space) and click the Next button.
The setup will proceed with a fresh installation of Windows 10.

I have tried this multiple times as I have seen people say to do this on YouTube, however it doesn't seem to work and just takes me back to the start of the installation one again.
Also when doing this the unallocated space is called drive 1 and not drive 0 in not sure if that is important or not.

Besides the SSD and the flash drive, do you have any other disk connected to the computer?
Somehow the system is booting from the flash drive instead on the system drive. Did you change the boot order in the BIOS?

i have only the ssd and the flahs drive connected, and ive tried changing the boot order to boot from and the ssd and the hdd but when doing this it changed to a black screen with white text saying to 'reboot and select proper boot device or install bootable media'

Could you post your system models or specs?
To boot from a flash drive, BIOS changes should not necessary, since most computers provide a boot menu by pressing a key (ESC, F1, F2, F8, F10 or F12).
Just in case you installation media is the issue, go to Microsoft website and create the Windows installation media again.
i have created a new installation media twice and both do the same thing, i have created it from two dkfferent computers and they are still the same. i have also used this usb to boot windows before and it has been fine.
Specs:
motherboard: Msi x470 gaming plus max
Cpu: Amd ryzen 5 2600x
Gpu: geforce gtx 1660 ventus xs 6G
Power supply: Evga 600w
ssd: samsung 860 evo 500gb
Hdd: Wd blue 1tb
Ram: Corsair Vengeance lpx ddr4 3000mhz

put usb in at start up
go into bios and make sure no items showing in boot order (If you can't leave it blank, choose windows boot manager)
go to save & exit screen
choose boot override
pick USB drive from the list - PC will boot from this one time and the next boot should boot off the normal ssd and continue install.

See page 54 of manual for description - https://download.msi.com/archive/mnu_exe/mb/E7B79v3.0.pdf

i have just tried to boot overide using the usb butit is still doing the same tjing and looping back to the start of the installation

slaps windows...

try resetting bios to defaults. It shouldn't be doing this, it is completely missing the boot order.

What choices do you have in the Boot device priority bar?
in advanced/settings/boot, what is showing in Fixed Boot Priorities? maybe also in menu below it as well
FIXED BOOT ORDER Priorities - Sets device priority for system boot.
f Boot Option Priorities - These items are used to prioritize the installed boot devices.

Doesn't sound like its a windows problem rather a bios setting that's not configured quite right (some motherboard bios's have multiple points of interest when boot priorities are concerned) clue: BBS Priorities.

in fixed boot priorities it says there are 13 boot options'
boot option 1: uefi usb key
option 2: hard disk: smasung ssd
option e: uefi hard disk
option 4: uefi cd
5: uefi usb hard disk
6: uefi usb cd
7:uefi network
8:cd/dvd
9:usb hard disk
10:usb cd/dvd
11:usb key
12:usb floppy
13:network
and then at the top bar which says boot priority it has all those device but the ssd and the usb is in red if thats important, but i only have my ssd and usb connected to the pc. i have tried chanving all of tbese multiple and i have tried everything on the internet it says but nothing seems to work.

there are 3 bbs priorities
uefi usb key drive bbs which has 1 boot option saying 'uefi general udisk 5.00 partiton 1
the second bbs is hard disk drive bbs which has 1 boot option which is my ssd and the 3rd bbs option is usb key drive bbs which has 1 boot option that is 'general udisk 5.00

The drive you want windows to install too and boot from should obviously be priority 1st. in list.
There are also the (Windows 10 features setting to toggle) and Secure boot to fiddle with in case BBS doesn't solve it and is set correct.

Once you find the settings that makes it boot, remember them or write them down, and don't change it again once it works.

I knew it was an MSI mobo, I had the same issue. Took me like 3 installs to finally get it to work. I kind of forget exactly what I did now, but I think it was simply being ready to hit F11 when it finished the install and going to boot, then removing the drive and switching the boot order to the proper HD.

i just tried this and it is showing an orange screen with lot of white lines going down which it has never done before

You have to do it in the right order... enter bios set BBS, save... restart, enter bios choose boot from... setup windows restart....enter bios set boot from save ..restart (this time select the SSD) if it doesn't work we might need more support here.
