I need incoming traffic working here. Checking port 80 for example on sites like https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ says its closed.
What do I need to do to get rid of the firewall? Is there a secret button somewhere?

Buy a better router??

The BT Smart hub is notorious for not being very good, and being found to be full of bugs and security holes; the Wifi, despite their claims, is not that good (the ASA gave them a slap for claiming otherwise).

As shown in your jpeg, disabled is the only way around it, and that drops you back to software firewalls to protect you.

Talking of software firewalls, are you also running one, because many will "stealth" your ports, so they dont show up on these website "Is my port open" scans, even when they are open.

If that's your edge router you don't want to disable the firewall.

Set up the port forwarding correctly.
If you're hosting your own website you will need a LAMP or WAMP server.
Use nmap to see if anything is listening on the port you are trying to forward.
