Hello, I go to the website asus.com in the driver download section and all the updates are in a weird format with no setup.exe.. I just reformatted and I think I need all the latest drivers for my pc... Thanks.

That ROM file is for the BIOS and you use that file in a different manner. You don't need it unless you plan to upgrade your BIOS.

Like the previous post said, just extract the file to your desktop, open the folder that's made, and run the EXE file inside.

For best functionality, you'll need to install - chipset, audio, LAN, USB, and SATA.

Is this the place you got it?

Just select your OS and it might give you a zip file to unzip which will contain the .exe file :)

I see files that say bios, bios utilities, audio, lan, ect.. which would I need? The problem is, my pc isn't detecting my gpu and I was told that I would have to update my motherboard drivers for it to detect it...Is that true?

Usually yes. I'd download / update all of them just to make sure. 😀
