How do you install windows 7 on a laptop without a disk drive and without an os installed?

I want to order a laptop without an os installed from a custom laptop builder website. From the customization, it does not include a disk drive. Which confuses me as to how I would install windows 7 on this laptop, given it'd have no os and no disk drive?

you can't.
you will need some kind of media to install to.
you will then need a valid CD key or other valid license for windows.
the HDD is not supplied so you will have to supply it yourself. I would suggest a 240GB or better SSD.

Buy Windows 7 product key, put the installation media on a USB flash drive.. https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows7 And first buy a hard drive..
