Hi, I am putting together a pc and am not sure what you need to do to install windows 7 (or 8) onto your pc. Could I use a disk which says 'Already installed on your computer' and simply put it in the disk drive? Could I do it through a USB and if so how? Please may you include websites where I can buy these keys or disks from, it would be much appreciated. Thank You

Thanks, please may you tell me what I would have to buy and from where.

I prefer buying the retail disk - its a solid copy with its key and a heck of a lot less issues over usb /download - like a usb stick issue of some kind or a bad down load that corrupted things and install/download steps and requirements - with the disk for the most part you buy it stick it in a drive , load it up and its over and you got a hard copy to fall back on [opinion]

Thanks. Would this be ok? https://softwaregeeks.co.uk/product/windows-7-professional-64/

well pulled the sku from a real retail copy now things look more inline with a genuine copy for you to use
