How do you keep taskbar always on top in windows XP?

All web pages take full screen, cannot see the taskbar at the bottom of t screen unless I reduce screen size manually. This happens with everything I run, e=word, excel, web browsing, etc.
any help?

There should be an option to do that if you right click the taskbar and select properties. Check the box that says keep taskbar on top of other windows.
